The Stella McCartney show is a highly anticipated event for me during fashion week season after season. A part of me likes knowing what to expect and a part of likes the designers unexpected twists. Simply adding a quirky piece here and there tends make great additions the designers signature tailored looks.
The designers straight forward point of view makes each piece and look so alluring to the eye. Spring called for an array of light colored suiting - an area that the designer mastered on the runway. Stone khaki, cream, and light grey are the three color palettes to add to your summer work wardrobe this season. The narrow cropped trouser with pleats makes the suits more "Stella-esque." The low-heel sandal created a unique element to make the looks more relaxed. The cuts of the jackets, skirts, and pants truly justifies the price and longevity of these pieces. They are made to last forever!

Nothing says spring like a crisp and polished stone suit. Its simple, clean, and great for basic layering.

Two elements standout to me in this look. The color of the slate blazer is so unusual yet so signature for Stella McCartney. The long henley maxi dress is so comfortable and easy to throw on when running out the door.

The like how this linen suit has more of a casual feel to it. The style of the narrow pant makes for a younger touch.

Finding a not so white blazer has been my main target this season. I especially really love the tuxedo drop collar.

Grey and khaki combinations makes for such an easy sophisticated look.

The combination of camel and black is so classy for your pre-fall wardrobe.

I think color blocking used in a minimal way (as shown) will continue to be a popular way of dressing into the fall season.

This shows how you can carry your beige linen jacket into pre-fall. It looks great with black and natural colors.

Yet another wonderful work outfit idea.

Red is definitely a color to watch for for fall! This deeper red can be worn with most skin tones.

The camel jacket will continue to be on my radar this fall season - as it was last season as well!
